Jenny Paez, RD is a registered dietician with Sodexo. Jenny has worked as a RD for 6 years and has worked with Sodexo at Arcadia Methodist Hospital, Beverly Hospital and Riverside Community Hospital. Jenny has been in a Management role overseeing other RD’s and consulting patients.
Jenny received her Bachelors degree in nutrition from Cal Poly Pomona and has extensive knowledge of dietary concerns. Jenny will be available to speak with students via email or in person when possible. Jenny will be on Campus giving seminars and forums with CUC Health Services.
